Intellectual Property and Technical Governance

The SOS Panic Dispatch System—including, all source code, logic files, backend engine architecture, and derivative works—remains the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Ruan du Toit.

System Maintenance and Modifications: To ensure system integrity and the protection of proprietary interests, all system enhancements, upgrades, modifications, or adjustments to system requirements must be executed exclusively by Ruan du Toit.
